Big Basin Redwood National Park

As summer was around the corner, a friend of mine took me on a short camping trip in the redwood forest south of the San Francisco Bay. Among the giants exist a unique ecosystem which was the perfect playground to really explore macro photography. A short drive southeast brought us to Santa Cruz from which we explored the various beaches heading north towards Half Moon Bay: from Shark Fin Cove, to the Pigeon Point Lighthouse, and to Bean Hollow Beach.
